Pay the Seat Reservation Fee
Fill out the registration form and pay the non-refundable reservation fee of $150 USD.
Student Assessment
Within 3 weeks, our team will conduct an assessment to determine your child’s academic level and place them in the appropriate grade.
Tuition Invoice
An invoice will be issued for tuition, with flexible payment options: monthly, per term, or annually.
Welcome Package
You will receive a welcome package with your child’s class schedule and other important information.

We offer multiple ways to save on core tuition — including sibling discounts, early registration, annual payment, or term payment.

Yes. Safwa Academy is internationally recognized through accreditation by Cognia, one of the world’s most established education accrediting bodies, which evaluates and accredits over 40,000 schools and institutions worldwide. This ensures strong academic standards and facilitates the transfer and acceptance of our students’ records in the U.S. and abroad, subject to local regulations.
Yes. Our curriculum includes a strong foundation in Islamic Studies, Qur’an stories, Arabic language, and Islamic ethics. In addition, we ensure that other academic subjects are taught in a way that aligns naturally with our values and vision, without imposing or overburdening students.
Safwa Academy is a fully digital academy, designed to reach Muslim students around the world. At the present time, we do not offer in-person attendance.
To study online, students need a computer (laptop or desktop) with a stable, high-speed internet connection (recommended speed of at least 10 Mbps). Attendance via mobile phones is not accepted. A tablet or iPad may be used as a secondary device when necessary.
